fantastic stay in the city center
clean room central location friendly staff
my beautiful king room was very clean and modern. the location is central, close to restaurants. breakfast on the top floor was great (i especially enjoyed the variety). the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bathroom sliding door in my room did not work properly. it was difficult to close completely.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide range of options, including both western and asian dishes. fresh fruit and pastries were available daily. i tried local specialties, all were flavorful.

the hotel location is excellent, close to everything. the newly renovated rooms are very comfy and tidy, i found. i received a nice suite upgradewith a swing on the balcony!!!
the sliding door in my bathroom didn't work properly, i noticed.

limited storage space bathroom repairs
the location was good for getting around.
The room i had wasn't great. The bathroom needed some fixing. also, the room felt pretty cramped, and there wasn't much space to store my stuff. the breakfast choices were limited too, especially for a supposed 5-star place.

disturbing noise inconsistent information
Staff initially attributed the disturbance to external sources. This seemed dubious given the location of my room. A late-night shower was offered but later denied because of closure.

smith machine refillable bottles spacious room
the staff were friendly and helpful. i was positively surprised that the gym came with a smith machine so i could get a decent workout. daily drinking water came in refillable glass bottles. the room was clean and spacious.

modern rooms custom eggs variety of fruits
the staff was perfect and i felt welcomed at every entrance. the rooms were modern and well designed. the breakfast on the top floor featured made-to-order eggs and also a variety of cheeses, fruits, and pastries.
our room's bathroom required repairs, and the room itself was small with limited storage.
