my beautiful king room was very clean and modern. the location is central, close to restaurants. breakfast on the top floor was great (i especially enjoyed the variety). the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bathroom sliding door in my room did not work properly. it was difficult to close completely.

the hotel location is excellent, close to everything. the newly renovated rooms are nice and neat, i found. i received a nice suite upgradewith a swing on the balcony!!!

the location was good for getting around.
The room i had wasn't great. The bathroom needed some fixing. also, the room felt pretty cramped, and there wasn't much space to store my stuff. the breakfast choices were limited too, especially for a supposed 5-star place.

disturbing noiseinconsistent information
Staff initially attributed the disturbance to external sources. This seemed dubious given the location of my room. A late-night shower was offered but later denied because of closure.
